By accessing or using AIPetShoot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

AIPetShoot provides AI-generated pet photoshoots based on images you upload. All images are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our service.
You agree to upload only images you have the right to use.
You will not use our service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
All sales are final. If you experience an issue, contact us at rasha@getclairity.io and we will do our best to help.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and AI-generated images are owned by Lotus Labs Wellness Inc or its licensors.
You may download and share your generated images for personal use.
Commercial use requires our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but AIPetShoot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the new Terms.
